Shipping

We offer free shipping to UK mainland addresses. Once you have completed your order, please allow 2-3 days to receive your purchase. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, may take a little longer to arrive

For a next working day shipping option for a UK mainland address, there is a shipping fee of £5.00, (£6.75 for accessories), please place your order before 12pm., excluding weekends and public holidays,

The shipping fee to anywhere in Europe is £6.00, for all other World Wide Destinations the fee is £12.00, shipping time to Europe is 3-5 business days, for rest of the World it is 6-7 business days

For any orders for shipping outside of the UK, there may be import and customs fees applied, please check with your countries regulations

Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange your purchase within the same range, or issue a full refund providing we receive the request within 14 days of your purchase

When returning your purchase, it must be in the exact same condition as shipped, with the tags attached, including all packaging and accessories that came with the your purchase

To proceed with returning your purchase, please send an email to info@myrexy.com confirming your order number and your reason for return, we will respond with a returns address, we ask that for any return fees to be covered by the customer

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your statement
